Looking after your well-being is more than just a fitness decision, it’s a lifestyle commitment. Yoga provides an excellent opportunity to exercise your body and mind, but is also a chance to let go of competition and judgement, especially with yourself.

*These classes are held in a non-traditional environment. It's sometimes loud, we chat and laugh throughout the class and we never take anything too seriously! That said, there is still time for quiet reflection and meditation in each class.
